Call the police
obviously if your car has been stolen and depending on the severity of the accident you may have to call 999. when you do contact the police
make sure you make a note of the crime reference number, you will need this for the insurance company when making a complaint.

cars have been injured. Of course if they have then call an ambulance, if you can make a note of any injuries that may have occured, if there

It is always a good idea after an accident to gather as much evidence as possible this could include the names of all involved parties and
their insurance details as well as names and details of any eye witnesses that were present. Taking photographs of the incident will also help
when making your car insurance claim. once you have the details of the involved parties, it is time to contact your insurance company.

you need to contact your insurance company as soon after the incident as possible. when you make your claim you will need to include details
of any damage to your own and any other vehicles, property or people.

Make a note of any expenses that may have occured as a result of the accident and always keep receipts.

It is very important when you have had an accident to not make any admission of causing the accident, just take the notes and say you did not
know what happened, let the insurance companies work this out between themselves. should you admit to causing the accident then you may find that
the insurance company will not pay out on your claim and you would be help personally accountable.
